Skill Requirements:
- Must have thorough understanding of ROI indicators and ability to present data in clear and professional format
- Must have experience with ROI reporting, including qualitative and quantitative data collection and presentation
- Must be able to create and implement year-long marketing plans
- Must have proven written communication abilities
- Must be able to supervise the Marketing Coordinator's daily responsibilities and projects effectively
- Must be able to work in a small company environment where both strategy and implementation are part of the role
